The Youth (Gen Y) today make me want to poke my eyes out!



Our morning trip to the mall made me realize that customer service no longer exists.  Store after store we had to deal with rude and unprofessional sales people.  Today’s youth need to realize that communication is so important and that the world does not revolve around them.  I worked in retail and I maintained a certain level of  pressionslism (or at least faked it). Would you believe I was asked to pay additional charges for a mistake to my bubble tea order? I told her she made a mistake,  her response was…  You were not clear on your order… In other words,  you misheard me and made a mistake…… HELLO!!!!?!?!
